Cancellation/Return

At Vishwasmay, we strive to deliver the highest quality products to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or face any issues with the delivered product, please follow the process below.

Cancellation:

  • Customers may cancel their order within 1 hour of placement. Cancellations requested after this period will not be accepted. 
  • It will be initiated instantly at the time of cancellation and credited to your payment source in maximum of 3-4 business days

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted only in case of:

    • Damaged products

    • Poor product quality

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, email us at vishwasmay.info@gmail.com with:

    • Order details

    • Clear images of the product (mandatory for damaged items)

  • All return requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

  • Products must be unused and in original condition, with packaging intact.

Replacement Policy:

  • Approved returns will be replaced with the same or appropriate product.

  • Replacement will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.

  • No refunds will be provided for returned products.

  2. Select the product you want to return

  3. Choose the reason for return

  4. Upload clear product images
